The main branch of the DC Public Library in the MLK Jr. building is home to the state-of-the-art Maker Space and Machinery Fabrication Lab which has four Ultimaker 3D printers available for use by patrons from age 6 and up. For more information visit the Makerspace page on the DCPL website.

A certificate program in Additive Manufacturing can be completed through CU’s Materials Science and Engineering department by taking three core courses and two elective courses in materials science, engineering, scientific design, and project management.
